You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Ohio. If you are Tax Exempt, we will certainly deduct sales tax when we process your order, and issue a credit if needed. We will require that we have tax exempt paperwork on file for you. If you want, you can fax that form to us now, or we will contact you to get that paperwork completed. Our fax number is 937-290-0528
If your department is in Ohio, and you have an established relationship with our company, as long as you identify the department, we should be able to handle this without refiling tax exempt forms.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
