This chest-mounted ascender is popular with rope access workers, cavers, and others that need an efficient method of ascending a fixed line. A standard set up uses a Rectangular Quick Link as an additional attachment point and as the attachment point for the bottom of the Croll. A small loop of web can be attached to the top of the Croll and connected into the Quick Link to keep the ascender in an upright position. The cam on the Croll locks open to insert or remove the rope. Fits ropes from 5/16 to 1/2 (8 to 13 mm). Weight: 4.6 oz. (230 g). Individually Tested
