The design of the popular CMC Rappel 8 has also been refined. The slightly more compact design offers superb control on 3/8 to 7/16 in. rope, which makes it just right for SWAT teams, climbers, cavers, and sport rappellers. Machined from 1/2 in. aluminum plate, the Rappel 8 contains almost twice the material of other small 8s, providing better heat dissipation. Now with CMC’s exotic proprietary finish for even longer wear resistance.
