CMC ProTech Key-Lock Carabiners - New for 2009!
UL Classified to NFPA 1983 - Light Use
A brand new carabiner designed to be the ideal Light Use carabiner for rescue and rope access. The key-lock design does not hang up when un-clipping from your harness or web. The wide gate opening fits over 1 in. diameter railings - unusual for a carabiner this compact and light. The bright orange Manual-Lock model comes with a removable keeper pin for use with lanyards or for terminating escape or RIT lines. ** MBS per NFPA 1983 not received at press time, but exceeds the Light Use performance requirement of 6,069 lbf. (27kN).
Every carabiner is Proof Loaded.
